Responsabilities:

  • Lead the SOC delivery functions, keeping track & updating processes, procedures and KPIs.
  • Monitor the performance of the SOC team and provide support for improving it.
  • Be up to date with latest SOC practices, cybersecurity threats and current security posture of the existing customers.
  • Run, Drive and Accountable for quarterly business reports of the security deliverables to customers
  • Manage cybersecurity incident and supervise operations to ensure it is in accordance with security best practices, policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the SOC point of contact for all security services delivered by your team.
  • Work with Project Managers, Service Managers to ensure smooth transitions and the quality of deliverables.
  • Advise improvements in current security technology stack and efficiencies the workflow of the team
  • Lead the monthly security meetings and act as an advisor for the customers.
  • Govern the hiring process for opened positions within cyber security services center.
  • Take-over on the escalated problems, identify root cause and provide solutions.
  • Be in contact with customers, identify their needs, their pain points & report it internally in order to follow back with a recommendation.
  • Be in collaboration widely with business functions departments, division and other delivery centers within the company.
  • Mentor team members for career-growth, self-improvements and keep track of their journey.
  • Evaluate new security technologies and recommend enhancements to improve the SOC's effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication with external partners, customers, and third-party contractors.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience with security best practices, frameworks, standards and technologies.
  • Previous managerial role/experience - minimum 2 years; 3+ is preferable.
  • Understanding of guidlines, policy procedures and processes.
  • Possess personal and professional integrity with high work-ethics.
  • Conflict-Resolution skills.
  • Service Coordination experience.
  • People Oriented & Problem-Solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
