Andra is a Quality Assurance Engineer, with over 5 years of experience. She is one of the first people to make a referral in Mafiro, and one of the platform’s earliest hires. She earned 1 000 euros by recommending someone from her network who got hired.

Why did you decide to make referrals in Mafiro?

I saw a post on LinkedIn about Mafiro and was curious to see what it was about. I noticed a Frontend Developer position was available and knew some people looking for a job. I contacted them and made the recommendations. Honestly, I didn’t have any expectations since I am not a recruiter, but one of them (candidates) was hired and I was contacted to collect the reward. It felt really nice.

What do you like about our platform?

I like the idea of it, making recommendations and getting a bonus for it. The platform looks clean, and the job descriptions are easy to go through. It helped when I was notified when candidates were moved to different stages, and there was also feedback, which was helpful.

Do you have any feedback for us?

As a QA, one great thing about Mafiro is that it looks really good and user-friendly on mobile as well, since it’s easier for me to access the platform via my phone. I also really like the fact that I'm receiving emails regarding the new available positions. I know from experience that it's not easy to implement and manage the functionality.

Another feedback that I would like to give, and not from a QA's point of view, is that I can see from our interactions that you are very passionate about the platform and the idea behind it and I think that's wonderful.
