How does Mafiro work for recruiters?
First, your identity as a recruiter will not be revealed to any company, as it's important to ensure the recruitment process's objectivity. Mafiro allows companies to post job openings, and recruiters can easily connect with these job postings. Recruiters earn success fees for successful placements, making it a beneficial platform for both parties. Because anyone can recommend candidates, we believe that anyone can be a recruiter, even if you recommend one time only, or make a living with this. Either way, once you sign up in the Mafiro app, you can access all the companies that want to hire, and the rewards set for their roles. You can recommend candidates for any job you want, without having a maximum number. If your candidate gets through all the recruitment processes and gets hired, the reward is yours. What are the recruitment steps in Mafiro? The recruitment steps are established by each company, for each role. You will see that in every job description, there are written steps the candidate will go through. Once your candidate gets accepted by the company, they will be contacted by the company to start the recruitment process and will keep in touch with them. It's also important to know that every candidate you recommend will receive a confirmation email from us, where they will have to agree to have their details on Mafiro. Otherwise, they will not be able to start the recruitment process, their details will be deleted, and you will not get the reward. Recruitment status when recommending candidates: Here are the statuses you’ll encounter during the recruitment process: Recommend a candidate: You can recommend as many candidates as you want for a chosen role. Pending: Your recommendations are waiting for a match. Withdraw: The candidate is no longer interested, or you no longer see a match. Approved: Your candidate is considered a match and will be reviewed by the company. Not Approved: Your candidate isn’t a match for the current role, but you can recommend them for another role, or we can suggest one for you. Interview process: Your candidate is currently recruiting with the client. Offered: Your candidate has received an offer. We recommend engaging with your candidate to maintain their interest. Rejected: Your candidate has been rejected. We’ll ensure the client provides feedback. Hired: Congratulations! You’ve earned a well-deserved reward for your hard work.

How do success fees work for recruiters?
Recruiters earn success fees when their candidates are successfully placed in job positions posted by companies. The fee structure may vary, and details can be found in our terms of service. If you have your own company, or you are authorized to send invoices, we will transfer you the money through an invoice. If you do not have the means to send an invoice, we will use tremendous.com, a platform that helps us pay you the reward.

How do I get started with Mafiro?

As a recruiter, your information will be kept private from any of the recruiting companies. Candidate data protection
It's important to know that every candidate you recommend will receive a confirmation email from us, where they will have to agree to have their details on Mafiro. Otherwise, they will be unable to start the recruitment process, their details will be deleted, and you will not get the reward.
