What were the 2-3 key elements that made you choose Mafiro?
We have a strong internal referral culture that has been helping us for years to attract the right talent. Identifying new colleagues who can thrive, grow, and contribute to innovation is highly effective when supported by our team.
However, we were seeking ways to extend this referral culture to the outside, allowing non-employees to recommend their friends and be rewarded for it. The platform’s ability to handle screening, GDPR requirements, and the administrative processes in accordance with legislation allows my team to focus on what’s most important: finding the right person at the right time for the right position.
