Requirements:

  • Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
  • Managing projects from concept development through to completion
  • Coordinate the design team
  • Managing construction projects for all phases.
  • Provide technical assistance, coordination and surveillance of ongoing construction projects, including technical due diligence projects.
  • Ensure all constructions meet the methodology and are per the legal requirements and work authorizations.
  • Applying for planning permission and advice from the governmental new build and legal department.
  • Developing and presenting project proposals.
  • Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
  • Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
  • Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
  • Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
  • Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
  • Monitor, approve and assess the construction projects
  • Manage and control the timeline, design, construction processes and contract management
  • Manage, coordinate, and appoint internal and external consultants, inspectors, architects, site supervisors, constructors and contractors
  • Set up parameters for production of scheme designs
  • Review and manage the budget, payment of contractors and consultants, funding arrangements, tax implications, grants
  • Manage the progress and ensure the end delivery of the project is within the deadline
  • A project-based option is accepted
  • University degree in Construction & Installations FacuExperience in BREEAM/LEED projects is a plus or experience in green certification projects
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Design and Project Management in Construction (on-site or engineering design) or Project Development for Office projects
  • Excellent information systems, MS Office (including MS Project), AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of the Design/ Planning/ Technical/ Construction and Project Management process
  • Experience in office fit-out projects
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
  • Very good knowledge of legislation in construction, architecture, urbanism
  • Flexibility, multiple tasks coordination, time management skills, team-oriented
