Requirements:
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing projects from concept development through to completion
- Coordinate the design team
- Managing construction projects for all phases.
- Provide technical assistance, coordination and surveillance of ongoing construction projects, including technical due diligence projects.
- Ensure all constructions meet the methodology and are per the legal requirements and work authorizations.
- Applying for planning permission and advice from the governmental new build and legal department.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and construction documents.
- Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
- Monitor, approve and assess the construction projects
- Manage and control the timeline, design, construction processes and contract management
- Manage, coordinate, and appoint internal and external consultants, inspectors, architects, site supervisors, constructors and contractors
- Set up parameters for production of scheme designs
- Review and manage the budget, payment of contractors and consultants, funding arrangements, tax implications, grants
- Manage the progress and ensure the end delivery of the project is within the deadline
- A project-based option is accepted
- University degree in Construction & Installations FacuExperience in BREEAM/LEED projects is a plus or experience in green certification projects
- Minimum 3 years experience in Design and Project Management in Construction (on-site or engineering design) or Project Development for Office projects
- Excellent information systems, MS Office (including MS Project), AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
- Excellent understanding of the Design/ Planning/ Technical/ Construction and Project Management process
- Experience in office fit-out projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
- Very good knowledge of legislation in construction, architecture, urbanism
- Flexibility, multiple tasks coordination, time management skills, team-oriented
