Requirements:
- Several years of demonstrated experience in IT Outsourcing and Managed Services delivery, solutioning/pre-sales, product management or consulting;
- Broad expertise in solutioning digital workplace managed services and/or projects (>5 years);
- Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring, implementing, administering, and supporting Digital Workplace communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and interconnected technologies (i.e., AD, AADConnect, ADFS, Azure AD, Identity Provider Solutions like i.e., Okta, Azure and other Automation Solutions, Exchange Server, mail relay and hygiene technologies and/or Migration Tools, etc.);
- Previous experience with solutioning & responding to RFI's\RFP's;
- Able to work autonomously to assist in developing client proposals and support the bid management team with specialized technical expertise. This includes responding to customer demands, RFP requests and having an advisory role during pre- and post-sales cycles;
- The role will enable technical transitions and transformations with our customers and prospects by exploring and understanding their technology challenges and requirements;
- Translate customer insights into solutions throughout the design phase using experience, industry best practices, technology, and Stefanini's Managed Services capabilities;
- Analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Act as technical evangelist in the organization by keeping abreast of latest technology products and trends. Promote existing and new capabilities and offerings to internal groups, partners, and clients;
- English proficiency both written and verbal, with any additional West European languages being a plus;
- Experience in a customer-facing technology consultancy role;
- A customer-oriented attitude and strong communication & presentation skills are a requirement;
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently & concisely with audiences at all levels, manage expectations and explain technical details;
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
- Good understanding and working experience with ITSM Tools and ITIL Methodology;
- Industry recognized technical certification(s) is highly recommended;
- Experience working across multiple industries;
- Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Pre- and Post-Sales activities, capturing customer technical and business requirements, crafting a technical solution, and providing context and direction during the sales and transition cycles;
- Act as Digital Transformation advisor to our customers by building a tailored Digital Workplace roadmap;
- Support Stefanini M.E.S. business development efforts by collaborating and providing the required input into new opportunities within existing or potential customers;
- Document and design service offerings along with best practices and recommendations inside the Digital Workplace Platform catalog and drive their maturity growth;
- Collaborate with DWP Delivery Teams helping to advise on design and architecture of solutions and their high-level implementation plans;
- Contribute to DWP teams" growth by providing technical mentorship and guidance;
- Have a broad understanding of Stefanini's Modern Enterprise Services portfolio and technology landscape;
- Creatively and collaboratively design complex solutions integrating components from multiple technology driven towers;
- Effectively communicate and work with C-Level sponsors, internal and client project teams, international and multi-cultural clients;
- Help write Service Descriptions, Proposals and Scope of Work documents to match agreed solutions (managed services and projects).
