Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Exchange Online administration.
- Experience with Active Directory and PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange architecture, including mailbox databases, transport services, and client access protocols.
- Experience with Exchange Server 2013, 2016 and later versions.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration.
- Working Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, LDAP, SNMP, SMTP, and other networking protocols.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange and Microsoft 365 architecture and design.
- Experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365 migration and upgrade projects.
- Experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Responsabilities:
- Configuration, Administration, Monitoring and Support of Exchange Hybrid Environments.
- Manage and maintain the on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment, including installation, configuration, and CU upgrades.
- Monitor Exchange servers and services to ensure availability and performance.
- Monitor and maintain Exchange databases, mailboxes, and public folders.
- Configure and manage Exchange connectors, transport rules, and policies.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange-related issues, including email delivery problems, mailbox corruption, and security incidents.
- Implement and maintain Exchange Online and Exchange Server security policies, including access controls, spam filtering, and antivirus protection.
- Work with other IT teams to integrate Exchange Server and Exchange Online with other systems and applications, such as Active Directory, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training on Exchange Server and Exchange Online features and functionality.
- Participate in on-call rotation for Exchange-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Implement and maintain Exchange and Microsoft 365 security measures in collaboration with Security teams.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain Exchange and Microsoft 365 documentation and procedures.
- Stay up to date with Exchange and Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
- Ensure tickets are acknowledged and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications in Exchange and Microsoft 365 are a plus.
