Requirements:

Extensive experience developing front-end software with modern frameworks and technologies
Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
Proven experience building ground-up features with clear test strategies and sprint milestones
Ability to lead on code reviews, pair programming, and sprint planning
Strong understanding of building scalable, responsive, and accessible products
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Management
Senior-level confidence in code quality, stakeholder management, and operational delivery

Nice to have:

Experience in a team lead / player-coach role
Familiarity with tools like Storybook.js
Background in SaaS platforms or healthcare/veterinary tech
Understanding of design systems and component-driven development
